Eye makeup is a BIG deal in the Middle East, and UAE is no exception. We talked about how to make small eyes look bigger with makeup and here is another great makeup trick that you can use to make your eyes look wider then they actually are.

To look the eyes look wider, use white or a nude eyeliner pencil underneath your eyes. Before we talked about using a white eyeliner only on your waterline to make it look bigger. To make your eyes wider and bigger, use both of these tricks. Stop before you reach your tear ducts. Line the upper lid with your favorite waterproof black kohl or liquid eyeliner.
