Cat-eye liner is one of the most common looks women tend to do when they use their eyeliner (think Angelina Jolie). It's a simple look, but it does take practice. One of the best ways do this look is by using an angled, thin makeup brush, like MAC Brush No.272 and a pot liner.
If the pot liner is not your thing, then I suggest doing it with a liquid liner rather then pencil. Pencils tend to be thick and will give you a thick line versus what we are looking for a very thin line. I love Stila Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Carbon Black but it is waterproof so make sure you do the line a little at a time to get the perfect angle.

How To Create The Look:
- Starting with the inner corner of your eye, drag the liner as close as possible to you eyelashes and slowly drag toward the outer corner of your eye.
- Once you get toward the edge, flick your wrist slightly toward your temple.
- Go over the line to make it thicker if you would like.
- Use a q-tip by dipping it in makeup remover to remove mistake and get a perfect cat-eye look.
